Information that you submit to the guidance panel can sometimes be transmitted to Trailhead, which is hosted outside your Salesforce org and subject to separate terms and conditions between you and Salesforce. If you have an existing Trailhead account associated with your work email, your in-progress and completed badges can sometimes be included.
