Finding Yesware in your Inbox
Once Yesware for O365 is installed, you can open it by clicking on any
email in your inbox, and then clicking the
Yesware logo. (You may need to scroll horizontally to find the add-in)
Using Outlook Web Access (OWA)?
Pinning the Taskpane in your Inbox
Click the pin icon
in your taskpane when the Yesware add-in is open.
Keeping Yesware pinned in your inbox lets you quickly see activity
details for every email, and have quick access to other Yesware
features.
Pinning the Taskpane for Email
Click the pin icon
in your taskpane in your email composer.
From the taskpane, you can easily insert your Yesware meeting link into any email,
or see how likely a response is.
Note: In order to use native tracking, the Yesware
taskpane must be open when sending the email.
