Select New and select journal entry

Date journal entry the last day before go-live

Name Entry Location Method JE

Create a journal entry to move each account balance to the proper location

AR must also have a name field

AR & AP

Move all balance sheet accounts to the proper location
14 ·
Ensure the date is as of the last day before your go-live date

Run your balance sheet by location as of the date before go-live
