To create a new KPI

Enter the name of the KPI

Access the available user list

Choose the user

Open list of available Target Types

Enter in Monthly Target
10 ·
Select when the KPI begins
11 ·
It will automatically default to 1st of month selected
12 ·
Save the KPI Setting
13 ·
Save changes
14 ·
Head back into your My Perfomance Dashboard

See targets auto updated
