The workflowId can be anything, hardcoded or a CLM Variable, just make sure if you want to update further down the workflow that the ID is the same to update the same record in the dashboard.

DocID can be any value

workflowName is what it will display as in the dashboard

Status must be oneof the 3 values in the example above

For timestamp: Use ISO-8601 format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ, where Z means UTC
